Gabriela Uro

Gabriela Uro is the manager of English learner policy and research for the Council of the Great City Schools in Washington, D.C. She organizes teams to conduct comprehensive audits of English learner services in large urban school districts. She is also a liaison for the council’s task force on English learners and bilingual education.
